Drill/Insert Tooling

The Apex Plus and Pro platforms now have options to expand your capabilities into ADA Signage Solutions. 
The Braille Insert Tool is interchangeable with all standard UCT tools.
With a specified drill bit size for the 450w router, you can drill your pilot hole and then use the insert tool to press in the beads without having to change out tools and multiply your cycle time.

Drill and Insert capabilities with the Apex Pro and 450w router. 

The 1/8" shank pilot bit drills to a specific depth so the spring loaded insert tool can set the bead/ball in place.

Universal Spring Loaded Inserter Tool.

The Insert Tool is interchangeable with all standard UCT Tools. No special adapters or extra steps are required to keep the cycle times manageable. 

Refillable Spring Loaded Insert Tool.

100s of beads/balls can loaded into the tool body for uniterrupted run times.
