Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 1 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM (Monday–Friday) will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following Monday or next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been placed.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Inspection & Damage Responsibility
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier and the shipment should be refused if damage is evident.

Shipments that are accepted and signed for as “received in good condition” are no longer the responsibility of CUTWORX USA or any of its affiliates. Any damage discovered after acceptance will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. It is the end user’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all shipments upon receipt.

Warranty Parts Shipping
Warranty replacement parts are shipped via standard ground service. Any request for expedited shipping must be paid for by the end user. CUTWORX USA and its affiliates are not responsible for expedited freight or shipping charges associated with warranty parts.

International Orders
We do not ship internationally.
