The CWT/CWX CRMPC6A O-flute aluminum router bit is designed specifically for machining aerospace-grade aluminum sheet materials across a wide range of alloy grades and hardness conditions. Developed through extensive testing using aerospace aluminum supplied by a major international aircraft manufacturer, this tool incorporates proprietary TSA cutting geometry engineered to maintain stable cutting performance across varying aluminum alloys.

The single O-flute design allows aggressive chip evacuation and higher feed rates, preventing chip packing and reducing heat buildup when cutting aluminum sheets. This geometry also improves edge quality while maintaining efficient material removal, making the tool ideal for precision aluminum fabrication, aerospace component routing, and industrial panel processing.
