CWT/CWX E13D 60° Asymmetrical Double-Edged Knife Blade

The CWT/CWX E13D asymmetrical knife blade is engineered for precision cutting on CNC digital flatbed cutting systems used in signage, packaging production, composites fabrication, and industrial materials processing. This double-edged, double-ended flat stock blade features a specialized asymmetrical cutting geometry designed to produce smooth, ridge-free inside cuts across a wide range of rigid and flexible materials.

Asymmetrical tooling requires control over the direction of cut, ensuring that the machined edge is positioned against the intended finished piece. This allows the blade geometry to roll the burr toward the scrap material, producing a cleaner finished edge and reducing post-processing requirements. This cutting approach is especially valuable in applications where edge finish and dimensional accuracy are critical.

The E13D blade provides a similar cutting profile to the K13 blade, making it suitable for precise internal cutting operations where burr control and edge quality are important.
