CWT/CWX ER63.3B Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Downcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER63.3B router bit with stop ring is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Manufactured from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a premium rainbow coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, this tool provides improved wear resistance, reduced cutting friction, and extended tool life in demanding routing applications.

The single O-flute left-hand spiral (downcut) geometry directs chips downward into the cut, helping to produce clean top-edge finishes while reducing chipping or lifting on laminated or printed materials. This geometry is particularly beneficial when machining materials where top surface quality is critical, such as printed composite panels, laminated plastics, and coated boards.

With a 3 mm cutting diameter and a 14 mm cutting edge length (CEL), this router bit provides excellent control and stability for precision profiling, slotting, and through-cut routing in rigid materials commonly used in signage and fabrication industries.

This model includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for consistent tool positioning when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, ensuring reliable automated tool changes and repeatable cutting performance during production workflows.
