CWT/CWX ER64.4C Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Downcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER64.4C router bit is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Manufactured from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a premium rainbow coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, this tool provides improved wear resistance, reduced cutting friction, and extended tool life during high-speed routing operations.

The single O-flute left-hand spiral (downcut) geometry pushes chips downward into the cut, helping to improve top-edge finish while reducing lifting, chipping, or fraying on laminated or printed materials. This makes the ER64.4C especially effective for applications where surface finish on the top side of the material must remain clean, such as printed panels, laminated plastics, and composite substrates.

Its 4 mm cutting diameter combined with a 14 mm cutting edge length (CEL) provides a balanced cutting profile that delivers precision, stability, and clean edges when profiling, slotting, or through-cutting rigid materials.
