CWT/CWX ER64.6D ACM Router Bit with Stop Ring

The CWT/CWX ER64.6D ACM router bit with stop ring is engineered specifically for machining aluminum composite materials (ACM) commonly used in architectural signage, fabricated display panels, and industrial graphics production. Constructed from high-quality solid carbide, this tool delivers the durability, rigidity, and edge retention required for clean routing of aluminum composite panels.

The single O-flute right-hand spiral (upcut) geometry efficiently evacuates chips away from the cutting zone while minimizing heat buildup during machining. This geometry helps produce clean cuts through aluminum skins while preventing chip welding or smearing, ensuring consistent edge quality on ACM panels.

With a 4 mm cutting diameter and 8 mm cutting edge length (CEL), the ER64.6D provides precise control for profiling, slotting, and through-cut routing operations on aluminum composite panels used in signage and architectural fabrication.

This version includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for consistent tool positioning when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Apex Series Router Tool Changer, enabling accurate automated tool changes and repeatable machining performance in production environments.
