CWT/CWX ER65.2B Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Downcut Router Bit with Stop Ring

The CWT/CWX ER65.2B router bit with stop ring is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Manufactured from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a premium rainbow coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, this tool provides improved wear resistance, reduced cutting friction, and extended tool life in high-speed routing applications.

The single O-flute left-hand spiral (downcut) geometry directs chips downward into the cut, helping maintain clean top-edge finishes while minimizing chipping, lifting, or surface damage on laminated or printed materials. This geometry is particularly effective when machining materials where top surface quality must remain intact, such as printed composite panels, laminated plastics, and coated substrates.

Its 5 mm cutting diameter combined with a 16 mm cutting edge length (CEL) provides excellent rigidity and stability, enabling accurate profiling, slotting, and through-cut routing across a wide range of rigid materials used in signage and fabrication.

This model includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for consistent tool positioning when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, ensuring reliable automated tool changes and repeatable cutting performance in production environments.
