CWT/CWX ER66.10A 6 mm O-Flute Acrylic Router Bit – Polished Single Flute CNC Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER66.10A O-flute router bit is engineered for machining harder plastics such as acrylic, phenolics, and rigid thermoplastics at higher feed rates while maintaining a clean, smooth edge finish. The single O-flute cutting geometry efficiently evacuates chips from the cut, preventing chip recutting and minimizing heat buildup that can cause melting or edge deformation when machining plastic substrates.

Manufactured from premium solid carbide, this tool features a highly polished flute designed to reduce friction along the cutting edge. The polished flute allows the bit to run cooler during operation while providing natural lubricity without requiring additional coatings. This results in improved surface finish, reduced heat generation, and longer tool life when routing plastics and acrylic materials.

With a 6 mm cutting edge diameter and a 25 mm cutting edge length (CEL), the ER66.10A is ideal for deeper routing operations in acrylic sheets, phenolic panels, and rigid plastics used in signage, display fabrication, and industrial CNC routing applications.
