CWT/CWX ER66.7C Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Downcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER66.7C router bit is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Constructed from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a premium rainbow coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, this tool delivers improved wear resistance, reduced cutting friction, and extended tool life during high-speed routing operations.

The single O-flute left-hand spiral (downcut) geometry directs chips downward into the material, helping maintain clean top-edge finishes while minimizing chipping, lifting, or surface damage on laminated or printed substrates. This makes the ER66.7C particularly effective for machining materials where top surface quality is critical, such as printed panels, laminated plastics, and coated composite boards.

Its 6 mm cutting diameter and 13 mm cutting edge length (CEL) provide excellent rigidity and stability for precision profiling, slotting, and through-cut routing across a wide range of rigid materials used in signage and fabrication industries.
