CWT/CWX E1B 35° Kiss-Cut Vinyl Blade

The CWT/CWX E1B kiss-cut blade is engineered for precision cutting of self-adhesive vinyl films and thin flexible materials commonly used in sign making, graphics production, labeling, and decal fabrication. This blade features a 35° cutting angle, optimized for controlled kiss-cutting applications where the film layer must be cut without penetrating the backing liner.

Similar in geometry to the E1 blade, the E1B is designed to exert less drag force during cutting, allowing smoother motion through adhesive-backed films. This reduced drag helps improve cutting performance on delicate materials and reduces stress on the cutting system during high-speed vinyl processing.

Because of the reduced drag profile, the blade experiences slightly faster wear compared to the standard E1 blade, making it best suited for precision vinyl cutting where smooth motion and clean detail are prioritized.
