CWT/CWX E1D 55° Fine Tip Kiss-Cut Blade

The CWT/CWX E1D fine tip kiss-cut blade is engineered for high-precision cutting of self-adhesive vinyl films and graphic materials used in signage production, decal manufacturing, and vinyl graphics fabrication. Featuring a sharp 55° blade angle and a fine cutting tip, this blade provides excellent control when cutting detailed graphics, intricate lettering, and delicate vinyl films.

The blade design incorporates very low overcut characteristics, allowing the cutting path to end precisely where it started. This significantly improves cutting accuracy and reduces visible marks or overlaps in vinyl graphics, making it ideal for fine detail work and high-quality finished graphics.

With a 2.1 mm maximum cut depth, the E1D blade can handle slightly thicker films and specialty materials while maintaining accurate kiss-cutting performance that cleanly separates the film layer without damaging the backing liner.

This blade is particularly well suited for precision vinyl graphics production, where tight corners, small lettering, and smooth cutting paths are required.
