CWT/CWX E50A Decagon Rotary Knife Blade – 10-Sided CNC Cutting Blade

The CWT/CWX E50A decagon rotary knife blade is engineered for precision cutting of technical textiles and dry composite materials on digital flatbed cutting systems. Featuring a 10-sided decagon geometry, this blade distributes wear across multiple cutting edges, extending tool life and maintaining consistent cutting performance in production environments.

Compared to similar rotary blades such as the E51 and E52, the E50A is designed with reduced overcut capability, allowing operators to apply greater cutting forces while maintaining precise cut paths and improved material control. This makes the blade particularly effective for cutting dense textiles and reinforcement fibers used in industrial fabrication and composite manufacturing.

The 25 mm rotary wheel design ensures smooth rolling motion during cutting operations, reducing drag and material distortion while improving cutting accuracy across flexible substrates.
