CWT/CWX E52A Decagon Rotary Knife Blade

The CWT/CWX E52A decagon rotary knife blade is designed for cutting thicker flexible materials and composite fabrics on digital flatbed cutting systems. Featuring a 10-sided decagon geometry, this blade distributes wear across multiple edges, increasing usable life while maintaining consistent cutting performance in production environments.

Similar to the E50 and E51 rotary blades, the E52A is optimized for applications requiring greater cutting depth. The larger 32 mm wheel diameter allows the blade to process thicker materials up to 7 mm cutting depth, making it well suited for heavier textiles and reinforcement fabrics. While it provides deeper cutting capability, the blade operates with lower cutting forces and increased overcut, allowing smooth material separation without excessive stress on the cutting system.

The 0.6 mm blade thickness provides an effective balance between rigidity and cutting precision, allowing the blade to maintain stability while rolling through dense or layered materials.
