The CWT/CWX E53A driven rotary blade is engineered for high-precision cutting of single-ply flexible materials using powered rotary knife tools. Designed for CUTWORX Apex Series rotary tool modules, this blade delivers smooth cutting performance and consistent results when processing lightweight textiles, composite fabrics, and flexible reinforcement materials.

The blade uses a 25 mm driven rotary wheel design, allowing the cutting edge to rotate during operation. This rolling cutting motion significantly reduces drag and distortion in delicate materials, making it ideal for single-layer fabric cutting and composite reinforcement processing.

Constructed from high-strength blade steel with a 0.6 mm thickness, the E53A maintains rigidity and edge durability while providing the precision needed for cutting fine fabrics and reinforcement materials. With a maximum cutting depth of 2 mm, it is optimized specifically for single-ply materials, ensuring accurate separation without pulling or fraying fibers.
