CWT/CWX ER62.1D Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Upcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER62.1D router bit is engineered for precision routing on digital flatbed cutting systems used in signage, plastics fabrication, packaging, and industrial production. Manufactured from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a multi-element multilayer “rainbow” coating, this tool delivers exceptional wear resistance, improved heat dissipation, and longer tool life when machining demanding materials.

Its single O-flute upcut spiral geometry provides excellent chip evacuation and smooth cutting performance, particularly when routing plastics, composites, and aluminum. The 2 mm cutting diameter enables precise detail work and fine contours, while the 7 mm maximum cutting depth allows efficient processing of thin to medium-thickness materials.

This tool includes a precision stop ring, ensuring consistent tool positioning for automated tool management systems such as the Zünd ARC system and CUTWORX Tools Changer, making it well suited for high-volume production environments.
