CWT/CWX ER63.1E Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Upcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER63.1E router bit is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage, plastics fabrication, packaging production, and industrial machining. Manufactured from high-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a multi-element multilayer “rainbow” coating, this tool provides excellent wear resistance, reduced friction, and improved heat dissipation during high-speed routing operations.

The single O-flute right-hand spiral (upcut) geometry allows optimal chip evacuation, helping prevent material melting when cutting plastics and ensuring smooth edges when routing aluminum composite materials and lightweight metals. Its 3 mm cutting diameter with an 11 mm maximum cutting depth provides a balance of strength and precision for profiling, pocketing, and through-cut routing operations.

This router bit is commonly used in production environments for:
