CWT/CWX ER63.1F Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Upcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER63.1F router bit with collar is engineered for precision routing applications on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Constructed from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a multielement multilayer “rainbow” coating, this tool provides outstanding wear resistance, improved thermal performance, and longer tool life in demanding production environments.

Its single O-flute right-hand spiral (upcut) geometry ensures excellent chip evacuation and smooth cutting performance across plastics, composites, aluminum panels, and wood materials. The 3 mm cutting diameter and 11 mm maximum milling depth provide an ideal balance of strength and precision for profiling, slotting, and through-cut routing operations.

This model includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for automated tool positioning in Zünd ARC routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, enabling consistent tool height and reliable automated tool changes during production workflows.
