CWT/CWX ER63.2A Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Upcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER63.2A router bit is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Constructed from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a premium rainbow coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, this tool provides improved wear resistance, reduced cutting friction, and extended tool life during high-speed routing operations.

The single O-flute right-hand spiral (upcut) geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation and helps reduce heat buildup when machining plastics, composite materials, aluminum panels, and lightweight metals. Its 3 mm cutting diameter combined with an 8 mm cutting edge length (CEL) provides excellent control and precision, making it ideal for detailed profiling, slotting, and through-cut routing of thinner rigid materials.

This router bit is commonly used in production environments for:
