CWT/CWX ER63.2B Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Upcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER63.2B router bit with stop ring is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Manufactured from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a premium rainbow coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, this tool delivers improved wear resistance, reduced cutting friction, and extended tool life in high-speed routing applications.

The single O-flute right-hand spiral (upcut) geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation and helps minimize heat buildup when machining plastics, composite materials, aluminum panels, and lightweight metals. Its 3 mm cutting diameter combined with an 8 mm cutting edge length (CEL) allows precise detail routing, slotting, and through-cut operations in thinner rigid materials.

This model includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed to maintain consistent tool height when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, ensuring reliable automated tool changes and repeatable cutting accuracy in production environments.
