CWT/CWX ER64.4A Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Upcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER64.4A router bit is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Manufactured from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a multielement multilayer “rainbow” coating, this tool delivers exceptional wear resistance, reduced friction, and improved heat dissipation during high-speed machining operations.

The polished single O-flute right-hand spiral (upcut) geometry ensures efficient chip evacuation while minimizing heat buildup, which is critical when routing plastics, composite materials, and aluminum panels. The 4 mm cutting diameter combined with a 14 mm maximum milling depth provides a strong and stable cutting profile suitable for deeper routing applications while maintaining clean edges and precise contours.
