CWT/CWX ER64.4B Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Upcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER64.4B router bit with stop ring is designed for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Constructed from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a multielement multilayer “rainbow” coating, this tool provides excellent wear resistance, reduced friction, and improved heat dissipation during high-speed routing operations.

The polished single O-flute right-hand spiral (upcut) geometry ensures efficient chip evacuation while minimizing heat buildup, making it especially effective when machining plastics, composite materials, and aluminum panels. The 4 mm cutting diameter and 14 mm maximum milling depth provide a strong and stable cutting profile that allows deeper routing passes while maintaining clean edges and precise contours.

This model features a precision stop ring (collar) designed to maintain consistent tool height when used with Zünd ARC automatic router systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, ensuring reliable automated tool changes and repeatable cutting performance in production environments.
