CWT/CWX ER65.1B Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Upcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER65.1B router bit is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems commonly used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Constructed from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a multielement multilayer “rainbow” coating, this tool offers excellent wear resistance, reduced friction, and improved thermal performance during high-speed routing operations.

The polished single O-flute spiral geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation and helps minimize heat buildup when machining plastics and composite materials. Its 5 mm cutting diameter combined with a 20 mm maximum milling depth provides increased strength and stability, making it suitable for deeper routing passes and thicker materials while maintaining clean edges and accurate contours.
