CWT/CWX ER66.5D Rainbow Coated Single O-Flute Upcut Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER66.5D router bit is engineered for precision routing on CNC flatbed cutting systems used in signage production, plastics fabrication, packaging manufacturing, and industrial machining. Constructed from super-grade solid carbide and enhanced with a premium rainbow coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, this tool provides excellent wear resistance, reduced cutting friction, and improved heat dissipation during high-speed routing operations.

The single O-flute right-hand spiral (upcut) geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation while minimizing heat buildup when machining plastics, composite materials, aluminum panels, and lightweight metals. Its 6 mm cutting diameter combined with a 22 mm cutting edge length (CEL) provides additional rigidity and cutting strength, making it ideal for deeper routing passes and thicker materials while maintaining clean edge finishes and precise contours.
