CWT/CWX ER66.9D 90° V-Groove Router Bit with Stop Ring

The CWT/CWX ER66.9D V-cut router bit is engineered for accurate V-grooving and V-fold routing operations used in signage fabrication, architectural panel manufacturing, and display production. Manufactured from “Super” carbide with a premium coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, the tool provides durability, reduced friction, and consistent machining performance when routing composite panels, plastics, and rigid substrates.

This tool features a 90° V-cut geometry with a 10 mm cutting diameter, designed to produce precise V-grooves used for folding aluminum composite panels (ACM) and similar materials. The 4-flute cutting geometry improves cutting stability, distributes cutting loads evenly, and helps produce clean, consistent groove surfaces for reliable panel folding and fabrication.

With a 4.1 mm cutting edge length (CEL), the ER66.9D is optimized for shallow, controlled V-grooving operations required for panel folding, structural sign cabinet fabrication, and dimensional signage manufacturing.

This version includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for consistent tool positioning when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, enabling repeatable cutting depth and reliable automated tool changes in production environments.
