CWT/CWX ER6C4A 60° V-Groove Router Bit with Stop Ring

The CWT/CWX ER6C4A V-cut router bit is engineered for precision V-grooving and V-fold routing operations used in signage fabrication, architectural panel manufacturing, and display production. Constructed from “Super” carbide and finished with a premium coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, the tool delivers excellent durability, reduced friction, and extended service life when machining composite panels and rigid substrates.

This router bit features four flutes with 30° cutting edges that create a 60° V-cut profile, allowing operators to produce precise V-grooves used for panel folding, decorative grooves, and structural fabrication. The 4-flute cutting geometry increases cutting stability and surface finish, distributing cutting forces evenly while maintaining efficient chip evacuation during routing.

With a 6 mm cutting diameter and a 5.2 mm cutting edge length (CEL), the ER6C4A provides controlled depth and accurate groove geometry for V-folding operations in aluminum composite panels (ACM), rigid plastics, and other sheet materials.

This version includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for consistent tool positioning when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, ensuring repeatable groove depth and reliable automated tool changes in production environments.
