CWT/CWX ER6C4B 90° V-Groove Router Bit with Stop Ring

The CWT/CWX ER6C4B V-cut router bit is engineered for precision V-grooving and V-fold routing operations used in signage fabrication, architectural panel production, and display manufacturing. Constructed from “Super” carbide with a premium coating for lubricity and tool life enhancement, this tool provides durability, reduced friction, and consistent machining performance when routing composite panels, plastics, and other rigid substrates.

The tool features a 90° V-cut geometry with two flutes, producing clean, accurate grooves used for folding aluminum composite materials (ACM) and other rigid sheet materials. The 2-flute design improves cutting stability and surface finish, distributing cutting forces more evenly while maintaining efficient chip evacuation during routing operations.

With a 10 mm cutting diameter and a 5 mm cutting edge length (CEL), the ER6C4B allows controlled V-grooving depth for panel folding, edge forming, and fabricated sign cabinet construction.

This version includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for accurate tool positioning when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, ensuring consistent groove depth and reliable automated tool changes in production environments.
