CWT/CWX ER6R4A 2 mm Radius Edge Rounding Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ER6R4A edge rounding router bit is engineered to create smooth, consistent 2 mm radius edges on rigid sheet materials commonly used in signage, fabrication, and architectural panel production. This tool is ideal for rounding sharp edges to improve safety, appearance, and finish quality on routed parts.

Manufactured from high-quality carbide, the ER6R4A provides excellent wear resistance and consistent cutting performance across plastics, composite panels, metals, and wood materials. The tool geometry is designed to remove sharp edges while maintaining dimensional accuracy, producing a clean rounded edge with minimal finishing required.

With a 6 mm cutting diameter and a maximum cutting edge length (CEL) of 2 mm, the bit produces a 2 mm corner radius while limiting the depth of cut to maintain proper geometry and edge quality. This makes it particularly well suited for finishing operations after panel routing or profiling.
