CWT/CWX ERB1 Raster® Braille Router Bit with Stop Ring

The CWT/CWX ERB1 Raster® Braille cutter bit is engineered specifically for producing precision holes used in ADA-compliant braille signage systems. This specialized tool is designed for use with the Accent Signage Raster® Braille system, which inserts precision spheres into routed holes to form tactile braille characters required for ADA signage.

Manufactured from high-quality carbide, the ERB1 cutter delivers accurate hole geometry and consistent cutting performance when machining soft or pliable acrylic materials commonly used in ADA signage production. The tool geometry allows the bit to effortlessly create the precise hole diameter required for Raster® braille spheres, ensuring proper fit and alignment for compliant tactile signage.

This version includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for consistent tool positioning when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, ensuring repeatable depth control during braille hole production.

The ERB1 bit is compatible with both top-loading and bottom-loading Raster® sphere systems, making it suitable for a variety of ADA sign manufacturing workflows.
