CWT/CWX ERB2 Raster® Braille Router Bit with Stop Ring

The CWT/CWX ERB2 Raster® Braille cutter bit is specifically designed for manufacturing ADA-compliant tactile signage using the Accent Signage Raster® Braille system. This specialized tool creates precisely sized holes that allow Raster® braille spheres to be inserted into rigid plastic materials, forming durable tactile characters required by accessibility standards.

Manufactured from high-quality carbide, the ERB2 is optimized for hard and rigid acrylic materials such as cast acrylic, delivering accurate hole geometry, consistent cutting performance, and extended tool life in signage production environments. The tool’s precision cutting profile ensures that braille spheres seat properly and consistently, maintaining ADA-compliant braille spacing and alignment.

The ERB2 bit supports both top-loading and bottom-loading Raster® sphere installation systems, providing flexibility for different ADA signage manufacturing workflows.

This version includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for consistent depth control when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, ensuring repeatable braille hole production during automated machining.
