CWT/CWX ERKA1 92° Engraving Router Bit

The CWT/CWX ERKA-1 engraving router bit is designed for precision engraving, marking, and fine detail routing on a variety of rigid substrates used in signage production, industrial labeling, and fabrication applications. Manufactured from solid carbide, the tool provides excellent wear resistance, durability, and consistent engraving performance in production environments.

This tool features a single-flute engraving geometry with a 92° cutting angle, allowing operators to produce clean engraved lines, detailed graphics, and sharp lettering on plastics, composite panels, and wood materials. The single flute design helps improve chip evacuation while maintaining smooth cutting performance and reducing heat buildup during engraving operations.

With a 3 mm cutting edge length (CEL), the ERKA-1 is ideal for controlled depth engraving, decorative grooves, identification marking, and fine detail routing, particularly in materials used in signage and industrial panel fabrication.
