CWT/CWX ERKA2 92° Engraving Router Bit with Stop Ring

The CWT/CWX ERKA-2 engraving router bit is engineered for precision engraving, marking, and fine detail routing on acrylic, plastics, and other rigid substrates used in signage production, industrial labeling, and fabrication environments. Manufactured from solid carbide, this tool delivers durability, sharp edge retention, and consistent engraving performance during high-speed CNC routing operations.

The tool features a single-flute engraving geometry with a 92° cutting angle, allowing operators to create clean engraved lines, detailed lettering, and sharp graphic elements. The single-flute design improves chip evacuation and helps reduce heat buildup when engraving plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate, and PVC-based materials.

With a 3 mm cutting edge length (CEL), the ERKA-2 provides controlled engraving depth for text engraving, decorative line work, industrial marking, and precision graphic detailing across a wide range of rigid sheet materials.

This version includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for accurate tool positioning when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, enabling consistent engraving depth and reliable automated tool changes in production environments.
