CWT/CWX ERKA6 40° Engraving Router Bit with Stop Ring

The CWT/CWX ERKA-6 engraving router bit is engineered for precision engraving, marking, and deep detail routing on acrylic, plastics, and rigid substrates commonly used in signage production, industrial labeling, and fabrication environments. Manufactured from solid carbide, the tool provides excellent durability, sharp cutting edges, and consistent engraving performance during high-speed CNC routing operations.

This tool features a single-flute engraving geometry with a sharp 40° cutting angle, producing narrow, crisp engraving lines and deeper V-grooves ideal for detailed lettering, decorative graphics, and precision marking. The tighter angle allows for deeper engraving capability while maintaining sharp definition in engraved text and graphic elements.

The single-flute design improves chip evacuation, helping reduce heat buildup when engraving thermoplastics such as acrylic and polycarbonate. This promotes smooth cutting performance and prevents material melting during engraving operations.

With a 7.5 mm cutting edge length (CEL), the ERKA-6 supports deeper engraving passes and pronounced groove profiles while maintaining stable cutting performance.

This version includes a precision stop ring (collar) designed for accurate tool positioning when used with Zünd ARC automated routing systems and the CUTWORX Tool Changer, enabling consistent engraving depth and reliable automated tool changes in production environments.
