High performing cutting machine for horizontal and vertical trimming of flexible materials with automatic vertical media alignment correction. Equipped with a buffer system for inline cutting.

Features:

• Automatic XY cutter with integrated pneumatic controlled buffering system designed for INLINE CUTTING with large format printers, high performing and single-pass printing machines
• It speeds up the finishing process, cutting directly the printed media, without taking the roll up and move it into a finishing device
• Fitted with new motorized lengthwise shear cutters
• Maximum precision thanks to the FRONT-SIDE AUTOMATIC VERTICAL CUTTING CORRECTION: it realigns the position of all cutters at the same time to the edge of the printed image
• It can work with any feeders (printer, laminator or others)
• 3 operation modes: crop mark, custom (sheeting) and manual. Miura can trim different lengths from the same printed roll
• Intuitive set up parameters thanks to the user-friendly software (LCD touch screen display).
• MUTING function to avoid possible misreading of hidden marks on the printed media
