The SCAN COMAC 1 is a high-precision 3D mechanical scanner designed for tactile measurement and digitization of physical objects on COMAGRAV CNC platforms. Using a contact-based approach, the scanner’s 4 mm ball-tip probe captures detailed surface contours by touching the material in a pre-defined raster—ideal for replicating complex forms, engraving templates, or reverse engineering.

Integrated with COMAGRAV’s PILOT control system, SCAN COMAC 1 outputs data in ASCII or DXF format for seamless post-processing. The full package includes the touch probe, scanner software, and fine-detail tip—all compatible with modern COMAGRAV machines across signage, modeling, and routing applications.
